Sharper Image is going out of business...what is this all about?
The Sharper Image is in the midst of a going out of business sale at their retail locations. They still leave one mystery left to be determined on their Website:
Ya know a good product when you see one...
This product is not currently available, but I know a good product when I see one.
Can't wait to order it on August 1st when it's available!
First there was bottled water, then there was Nalgene, now KOR ONE Hydration Vessel (yes it's BPA free).
See details

Glassdoor.com
Looking for pay scales within companies you're actively pursuing? Or maybe your just curious what others at your company are getting paid?Glassdoor.com unlocks the door to information submitted by other current, or past employees and what they like and dislike about the company, as well as salary information. Your information is held anonymous, and you're only allowed access to the information if you submit information yourself.
Great idea for a site. I'm going to go ahead and predict that this site will become a HUGE success, and become almost a requirement before applying/accepting jobs.

Finally Facebook prevails over MySpace
Okay, well it may not be the case with Apple Comptuers, where better design and usability win over the audience, but at least better design is taking the lead in the fight between Facebook and MySpace.
In April Facebook took over the lead of worldwide visitors compared to MySpace. TechCrunch wrote a great article with some neat facts. Finally Facebook prevails over the dreadful, and skeezy MySpace.

Microsoft Flirts with Vegas
Microsoft and the RIO in Las Vegas, have teamed up to bring you their newest technology, Microsoft Surface in action. Once seeing the video, you'll see how Microsoft Surface could really change a lot of industries for the better!
View Microsoft Surface in Vegas
(What is up with the video though? It is very cheesey. Microsoft...come on figure it out, this is your time to shine.)

The new iPhone Commercial
Apple's newest commercial for their new phone, which is simple enough on the outside, but after watching it a couple of times I realize the parody of it. Every other carrier for the last year has been saying how their phone is so much cheaper, and the internet is so much faster.

T-Mobile is a bunch of Babies
Starbucks has slowly been transitioning it's coffee shops, from pay per use T-Mobile internet, to AT&T's free usage, at more than 7,000 U.S. stores starting in February.
T-Mobile has now decided to sue Starbucks in a breach of contract.
Come on T-Mobile, the internet is intended to be free, get out of your old historic ways and innovate...or somebody will beat you to it!

New VW Tiguan
It’s Volkswagon’s new SUV! It’s got low gas mileage, it’s under priced (starting at $23,000), and doesn’t look like a RAV4…what else do you need to know?
Only problem is it’s name…People are going to have one hell of a time pronouncing Tiguan.
